Cancellation and number porting
Withdrawing an unpaid order, closing a service, the cost of leaving a 12-month term early, and bringing your number with you.

Before your first payment
Because the first bill is paid at checkout, an order stays pending until that payment goes through. Until then you can withdraw it in My Wavirel and owe nothing. If 48 hours pass without payment, the order is cancelled for you.
Any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer still applies.
Closing a service
Open the service in My Wavirel and submit a cancellation request with your preferred end date, no more than 120 days away. Our staff confirm the final date by email.
Monthly plans can be ended without any exit fee. If a refund is owed, staff send it via Trezuz to the card that paid.
Leaving a 12-month term early
The 12-month option costs less per month. Leave before the twelve months are up and you repay only the discount you have had so far.
The calculation is (standard monthly price − 12-month price) × complete months of service. Example: a plan priced at €20.00 a month, or €17.00 a month on the 12-month option, cancelled after 5 complete months: 5 × €3.00 = €15.00.
Once the term is over there is nothing to pay. Before you send a request, the service page in My Wavirel shows what leaving today would cost; any amount due goes on a final bill.
Bringing your number
Pick “Keep my number” during checkout and enter the number, the provider it is with now and, if you already have it, the porting code that provider gave you (our team can ask for it later). Doing so confirms the number belongs to you or that you have the right to move it.
Our staff handle the transfer with your current provider. Keep your old service running until the move is finished; until then your Wavirel service shows a temporary reference. We email you once it is complete.
Any notice period or fee in your contract with the old provider is a matter between you and that provider.
Planning to take a Wavirel number elsewhere? Contact us first, so that we can help and close your Wavirel service on the right day.
Money back
You are owed a refund if a payment went through twice, something was billed in error, or we are unable to provide a service you have paid for.
Refunds are made by our staff via Trezuz to the card you paid with, in the same currency. Allow your bank a few days to show it.
Questioning a bill
Tell us at support@wavirel.shop before the due date. If the bill turns out to be wrong we cancel it, and any service suspended because of it is switched back on.
